This is a full-time remote position, with weekly in person co-working (1 day a week). This role is responsible for executing and developing chicka-d’s apparel assortment from start to finish, including silhouettes, graphics, decoration techniques, treatments and trims, in collaboration with the Creative Director. • Oversee communication on fit and construction details to our manufacturers. • Execute specific design development and production related projects spearheaded by Creative Director. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field • 3+ years experience in tech packing, garment construction, fittings and production • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (AI and PS) with strong CAD skills, Excel, and Word • Highly motivated problem solver that tackles challenges with a positive attitude • Excellent organization and communication skills • Knowledge of apparel construction, fabric, wash and dye techniques, & trims.
