Associate Apparel Designer

Associate Designer Comfrt LLC is the #1 Hoodie Brand in the U.S. and the #1 Apparel Brand on TikTok globally—built on a mission to support mental health and create everything comfortable for an easy, stress-free, cozy lifestyle. You will partner closely with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising, Production, and overseas vendors to bring innovative, comfort-driven products to market. The ideal candidate has 4-5+ years of experience, a strong understanding of the female consumer, and a passion for fashion, trends, and product innovation. Support the team in taking product from initial concept through to production, including tech pack creation and updates post-fitting Assist with sketching new styles and silhouettes for upcoming seasons Maintain day-to-day vendor communication and help execute necessary updates in a timely manner Keep Miro boards up to date with current sketches, colorways, and style information Take the lead on general bookkeeping and administrative tasks for the design team Research emerging trends through market shopping, social media, competitor analysis, runway, and vintage references — helping to shape seasonal mood and trend direction Over time, and with experience, grow into owning and managing individual product categories Who You Are: Ability to conduct competitive research, market analysis, and trend forecasting to identify white-space opportunities for the brand.
