Working experience with Python or interest in learning is a plus Passion for data-driven marketing and business intelligence Understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation Highly organized with an understanding of business processes Attention to detail – innate ability to validate data and findings Strong analytical and problem solving skills Goal oriented and self-motivated within a collaborative team environment Development experience in data visualization Solid written and verbal communication with the ability to develop and improve decision support systems Advanced Excel and VBA skills Experience using Microsoft Access Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines.
