Role Description As an Associate at J.Crew Factory, you will provide welcoming, attentive customer service and support shoppers in finding styles, sizes, and fits that meet their needs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a clean, organized sales floor, replenishing merchandise, processing transactions at the register, and assisting with fitting rooms. You will help execute visual merchandising standards, support promotions and sales events, and ensure that customers understand current deals and offers. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Lexington, KY, and may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

Customer service and retail support skills, including engaging shoppers, answering questions, and providing a positive in-store experience.Sales and merchandising abilities, such as product knowledge, upselling, and maintaining visual and organizational standards.Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) skills, including accurate transaction processing and basic math proficiency.Communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with store leadership and peers.Reliability and time-management skills, including punctuality and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand, move, lift, and carry merchandise as needed throughout a shift, in compliance with safety guidelines.Prior retail or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
