Primary Responsibilites/ Accountabilities of the Job - provide inspiration through online and in store market research for both juniors and girls apparel - design seasonal cool palette, provide color standards for sold designs - create and present trend boards for sales and license meetings - maintain product libraries: samples, sample book, and color swatches - trend due diligence; social media, brands, licenses, bodies - key liaison between art director, artists, merchandiser and sales dept - organize monthly sales presentation Skills Experience & Qualificiations 2+ years in fashion design or merchandising preferred
