Job requires assisting the Executive in all facets of the day to day. The Assistant to the Creative Director is responsible for all communications with the Creative Director. Point person for all contacts and coordination for CD Responsible for diary and organizing meetings, events, conferences, appointments and ensure CD’s calendar is aligned for all projects. Responsible for booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodations Ensures that all important tasks and deadlines are met by CD Responsible for reconciliation of CD monthly expenses Maintain components library and assist with keeping the studio organized Organize color card, protos and samples Attend and participate in meetings; take meeting notes, type and issue notes recap with the manager and follow up whit how is need it Help with mood-board seasonal color palettes Follow up with material research Participate in project design, develop concept and sketches and renders. Assist team in preparing for design presentations and in various stages of design as required Ad hoc projects as needed Up to $75,000
