As an Assistant Technical Designer, you will support both the Ann Mashburn and Sid Mashburn teams in all aspects of the Technical Design and Product Development process. Assist in preparing samples for fittings (organize, measure, inspect, steam, etc. )Assist in creating and updating tech packs including digital sketching, technical details, measurements, garment construction instructions, etc.Take detailed notes during fittings.Assist with communicating fit comments to factories.Assist with tracking Samples through all development stages.Work in Gerber pattern software to make minor pattern adjustments.Ship samples to vendors, as needed.Communicate with models about fitting schedules.Adhere to a Product Development calendar.
