Ensure products achieve the fit, construction and quality requirements to meet customer expectations, brand positioning and are aligned with Design and Merchandising objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesCore Accountabilities:Adhere to calendar deadlines for on-time delivery of product Use PLM system to manage technical specs Assist with sample order process including tracking of all samples Own preparation of samples for fit review meetings, including accurate measuring of samples Assist in the fitting of all samples from 1st Proto through Production approval Attend and assist in fit sessions as needed Assist with materials sourcing as needed Communicate daily with cross functional teams and Suppliers regarding all issues pertinent to accurate execution of samples throughout development process Support department workload by assisting other Managers and Sr. Technical Designers as needed. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
