As an Assistant Store Supervisor, you will act as a vital leader in our fast-paced environment. You'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor a diverse team of associates, and ensure every customer enjoys a clean, organized, and friendly shopping trip.

Qualifications:

At least two years of leadership experience within a retail or fast-casual environment.Proven ability to inspire and manage a team, offering clear direction and constructive feedback.Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple operational priorities simultaneously.Capability to exercise independent judgment and solve problems effectively in the absence of the Store Manager.Solid understanding of retail math and basic financial reporting.Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.Physical stamina to remain active on the sales floor for the duration of a shift, including lifting up to 25 lbs and using ladders or stock equipment.Benefits:

Supervise the end-to-end flow of merchandise, ensuring items are processed, sized, and displayed according to brand standards.Manage store payroll and administrative tasks, including scheduling associates to align with peak business hours and traffic trends.Foster a culture of "Safety First" by leading monthly meetings and ensuring all emergency procedures are understood by the team.Coach and develop non-exempt associates, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.Drive customer loyalty by modeling professional behavior and ensuring the checkout and fitting room areas are efficient and welcoming.Maintain the store's visual appeal through diligent housekeeping and oversight of contracted maintenance services.Protect company assets by implementing Loss Prevention strategies and overseeing the accuracy of the annual inventory process.Analyze store performance reports to identify areas for expense control and operational improvement.
