Assistant Store Supervisor

As an Assistant Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and management of the store. This position requires you to be a leader on the sales floor, driving store performance and ensuring a positive experience for both customers and associates. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with various tasks, from operational duties to team development. Your engagement is critical in all areas of the store, and you will be expected to adapt to changing business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required to help us meet our customer service and operational goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
