Assistant Store Manager/Visual Merchandiser

The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager as well as the rest of the team, in providing an elevated customer experience, managing all operational tasks, and assisting and supporting sales associates and customers. The Assistant Store Manager acts as an extension of the Store Manager in their absence, in almost all aspects of store operations including but not limited to managing day-to-day operations, staffing, visuals, people management etc. Responsibilities • Customer Support and Sales • Maintain a welcoming environment that generates customer traffic and builds loyalty by exceeding customer’s expectations. • Lead by example • Partner with the Store Manager to lead and direct all store activities. • Bring fresh ideas to the table for ways to improve the business, the team, and the store.
