Excellent Decision Making & Communication Skills Punctuality Flexibility Holiday & Weekend Availability Prior Retail Sales Experience Basic Computer Skills High School Diploma

Prior Management Experience a PLUS!

DUTIES INCLUDE (but Are Not Limited To)

Performing opening & closing duties as needed Working weekdays & Saturdays (some Sundays during the Holidays) Consistently meeting & exceeding sales quotas set by management Welcoming customers & offering assistance Maintaining all store policies & procedures Proactively engaging and interacting with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience Providing expert product knowledge and styling assistance Managing sales and handling transactions Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the entire store Updating racks and mannequins with the latest arrivals Creating displays for the sales floor and windows Keeping up-to-date with all Special Promotions Following company procedure to receive, open & unpack store merchandise Managing inventory & the efficient fulfillment

of orders into and out of the warehouse

Tagging & barcoding new inventory with speed & accuracy
