Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager shares the accountable for driving business results through effective selection, training and coaching of the store team in the key areas of sales, customer service, merchandise presentation, operations, human resources and loss prevention with the store manager. Store Administrative/Maintenance- In coordination with Store Manager maintain all employee files. Motivation - Ability to inspire oneself and others to reach a goal and/or perform to the best of their ability. >1.5M - A minimum of 12 months experience as a Service Manager in a low or mid volume store at Melrose or a similar retail environment . Must be able to provide a phone number to be reached in case of store emergency by Alarm Company or staff members.
