Assistant Store Manager

As an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager you will provide oversight of store operations and/ or merchandising, delivering excellent customer service. Ensure that store merchandising standards follow visual merchandising direction, accomplishing product presentation; make decisions about and adaptations to merchandising direction based on the layout, adjacencies and needs of the store; ensure product is displayed in a manner which is clear and easy to understand and is compelling to the customer Direct, teach and train associates to accurately execute all company merchandising direction to brand standards in a timely manner Training, monitoring and reinforcing company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent
