Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $14.75 - $15.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
