Proactively manage the performance of yourself and your team across all business KPIs. To recruit, train and develop team, through leading by example and creating a motivating work environment. To ensure correct procedures are adhered to in a professional manner for your crew and store including cash & stock, health & safety, office, security of premises, key holders and loss prevention.
