Assistant Managers ensure the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Supports the Store Manager on meeting the expectations for the maintenance and the physical appearance and cleanliness of the store. Communicates store inventory opportunities to the Store Manager. Supports Store Manager to ensure that all store associates are adhering to federal, state and local labor laws. Pay ranges may vary on skills, experience and be different in other locations: $21.50-22.50/hr
