Assistant Store Manager – Soled Sneaker Boutique (Akron, OH) Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations and team management • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and foster a high-energy sales floor • Help train, mentor, and develop sales associates • Support in scheduling, shift coverage, and ensuring staffing levels meet store needs • Monitor inventory levels and assist with product receiving, restocking, and merchandising • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with visual guidelines • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and care • Assist with marketing promotions, local events, and new product launches • Step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager Qualifications: • 1–2 years of retail or assistant management experience, preferably in footwear or fashion • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Passionate about sneakers and fashion • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Experience with POS systems and basic retail technology • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Perks & Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay + potential bonuses • Employee discount on sneakers and apparel • Opportunity for growth & professional advancement • Energetic, inclusive, and style-forward workplace Pay: $15.00 per hour
