Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for people who enjoy working for a growing organization. Assistant Store Manager assist the Store Manager team in creating the Rally House Retail Party Customer Experience. They lead in areas of customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory, payroll and operation expenses to achieve store goals. The Assistant Store Manager leads interaction with guests while managing the productivity of the team. This position is for individuals who have aspirations to transition to manager positions in the future.
