Our Assistant Managers are responsible for the management of the store operations, buying, and selling of gently used clothing and accessories, loss prevention, merchandising and supervision of our team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations of the store and assume responsibility of the store in the Store Managers absence • Assist the Store Manager to recruit, select and retain qualified employees to ensure store is always properly staffed • Motivates and directs store teams to maximize productivity and profitability and communicates daily and weekly store goals • Promotes the highest level of customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling • Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards daily. • Upholds all operational policies and procedures • Buying gently used clothing and accessories to meet company standards
