The Assistant Store Manager Production Clothing sets expectations for the proper execution of policies and procedures and responds as appropriate to employee performance. • Oversees Associate training and supports the Production Lead in training new Associates in their roles, responsibilities, company policies, procedures and best practices, including cross-training in other departments as needed. • Collaborates with the Operations Manager to ensure proper staffing levels in adherence with the labor model, including cross-training. • Assists the Store Manager in the annual review process by sharing input on their employees’ performance.
