Part-Time Assistant Store Manager Jaxsea and Billy Aloha are Maui designed modern resort/ beach wear brands. Jaxsea resort/swim line features statement pieces combining vibrant prints and bright colors across a diverse collection of silhouettes. Billy Aloha was created to redefine and re-invent mens resort wear combining tropical aesthetics with clean modern lines. We’re looking for part-time employee to work at our Wailea Location as a Part- Time Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities Sales & customer service Staffing- Hiring, Scheduling and training Online orders & shipping Inventory control Bank deposits Maintain operations - Cleaning & Merchandising Sales Goals and targets Merchandising (Following guidelines) Reports to Store Manager Engaging and educating customers on product line delivering 5 star customer service Sales of men’s and women’s apparel and swimwear Merchandise presentation and maintenance in accordance to company standards Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by store management Open & Closing procedures Assist with both brands E-commerce platforms occasionally & other social media platforms Online order fulfillment Qualifications: Strong communication skills & detail oriented Brings exceptional writing, grammar & storytelling Plus: Ideal candidate will have not only an epic and positive personality but also the following: Flexibility and willingness to work weekends Great attention to detail and communication skills Self motivation, many shifts will be solo Confidence or ambition to learn selling fashion to all genders Passion and excitement about fashion preferred Customer service or retail experience preferred but not required Wages negotiable based on experience Starting hourly wages $14 - $15 Check out Jaxsea.com and BillyAloha.com Due to covid new employee would be required to wear a mask for entire shift and adhere to hotel health and safety guidelines.
