Ability to meet and exceed store sales planAssist Store Manager in staffing the store and developing a high-performing, best-in-class teamDemonstrates strong business acumen, utilizing all tools/support available within the framework of the business, partnering with the Store Manager to drive topline resultsAct as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and businessUnderstands and uses all retail systems and reporting toolsMaintain, support, and enforce company operations, standards, and practices, ensuring compliance and clear communication of all pertinent information to the team.Develops a culture of trust, integrity, and excellence by modeling professionalism and setting clear performance expectations Minimum of 2+ years of sales management experience in luxury retail or related fieldBachelor’s degree in a similar field is preferred but not requiredAbility to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the businessExcellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse teamStrong understanding of luxury fashion, trends, and visual merchandisingAbility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special eventsBending/stooping/kneeling requiredAble to lift up to 50 lbs.
