Position: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Fioboc – Westfield Valley Fair

Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

Fioboc is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This individual will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach and develop associates, and ensure the store operates efficiently while maintaining Fioboc's brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• 3+ years of customer service experience

• Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing a team

• Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

• Reliable, organized, and results-driven

Availability Requirements

• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Flexible schedule based on business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service

• Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures

• Coach, motivate, and develop team members

• Drive sales performance and achieve store goals

• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards

• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and replenishment

• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
