In this role, you'll serve not only as a brand ambassador but also play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations and client experience to ensure the overall success of the store. Client DevelopmentFoster an environment where client satisfaction is the top priority, implementing CRM initiatives to retain and develop high-potential clients.Collaborate with the Store Manager on the development of strategic client retention and acquisition goals; ensure associates deliver goals for client capture/clientele rapport building.Operational Leadership:Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations: adhering to policies and procedures, and maintaining operational and visual merchandising standards to meet brand expectations continually.Support inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, receiving deliveries, and managing restocking procedures.Confidently delegate tasks, set goals, and monitor progress.
