Ability to meet and exceed store sales plan Assist Store Manager in staffing the store and developing a high-performing, best-in-class team Demonstrates strong business acumen, utilizing all tools/support available within the framework of the business, partnering with the Store Manager to drive topline results Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business Understands and uses all retail systems and reporting tools Maintain, support, and enforce company operations, standards, and practices, ensuring compliance and clear communication of all pertinent information to the team. Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals through ongoing feedback and support, escalating performance concerns to the Store Manager.
