An enthusiastic go-getter who brings positive energy to both the sales floor and team culturePassionate about fashion, styling, trends, and customer engagementMotivated by strong store execution, organization, and operational excellenceA natural collaborator with strong communication and leadership skillsHighly adaptable with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentSomeone who takes initiative, leads by example, and enjoys developing othersExcited by visual merchandising and creating an inspiring shopping experienceValues teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environmentResponsibilities Lead, train, motivate, and support the store team in all areas of customer experience and store operationsAssist in driving sales through strong floor leadership, selling behaviors, and customer engagementMaintain visual merchandising to No Rest For Bridget standards on a daily basisSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and development of store associatesHelp build a strong, self-sufficient, high-performing teamAssist with scheduling, daily operations, and overall store organizationProcess shipments efficiently with a strong understanding of fast-fashion urgency and product flowKeep all areas of the store well-organized, stocked, and cleanManage customer service issues professionally and escalate when necessaryCultivate strong partnerships with store leader and corporate teamsUnderstand and enforce all company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent mannerSupport opening and closing procedures, deposits, and operational responsibilities as neededRequirements Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience in retailDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamStrong merchandising and visual skillsExcellent organization and time management abilitiesAbility to multitask and balance multiple prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsPassion for fashion, styling, and customer experienceAbility to work weekends, nights, and holidaysFull-time availability of 32–40 hours per week, including at least 3 Fridays and 3 Saturdays per monthCompensation & Benefits Our team members enjoy a variety of benefits including:
