Assistant Store Manager -2ndSTREET-Second Hand Clothing Store -Location- Hawthorne

This position is responsible for managing all store activities for the purpose of increasing sales and realizing profit.  Responsible for overseeing the work activities of entire store and monitors performance of the store to ensure the goals are achieved.  Monitors staff work activities and provides directions according to the Company policy, assists and trains as needed.  Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties; manages subordinate employee’s work hours as well as attendance/absences.  Upholds company and operational standards for the retail store, including the arrangement of displays and cleanliness.
