About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and support daily operations. The ideal candidate has a strong retail background, great people skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional in-store experience.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and profitability
• Assist in daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and scheduling
• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficiency
• Help oversee buying operations and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with brand standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Train and coach new employees in sales techniques, store policies, and product knowledge
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to drive revenue
• Assist with social media marketing, in-store promotions, and community events
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of retail or resale experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in POS systems and basic retail math
• Passionate about sustainable fashion and helping customers look and feel their best
