We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As the right hand to our Store Manager, you'll play a crucial role in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Store Manager to oversee daily operations and achieve business objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop store associates while fostering a positive work environment
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high standards of customer service
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
• Support hiring, training, and scheduling of store personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
• Previous retail management experience required
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and team performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in staff development and customer service
