Assistant Store Manager - MaxMara

The Assistant Store Manager in partnership with the Store Manager is responsible for business development in line with the brand’s strategy, overall management of the store, staff, merchandise and customer service. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives, helping to build a highly motivated team and providing ongoing staff development and support. CORE Responsibilities: Staff Development Uses training as the tool to refine and enhance the knowledge expectations of the team Ongoing performance management to ensure sales and KPI goals are consistently being met Demonstrates leadership and leads by example Maintains a strong floor presence Develops, implements and executes strategic business plans for the store Insures that the store environment that emulates the company DNA BA a plus Minimum 3-5years of Retail Management experience; RTW luxury a plus Product experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Able to work independently as well as collaboratively Proficient computer skills Ability to manage conflict
