This role requires prior retail leadership experience and responsibility for scheduling and store coverage. This Assistant Store Manager position is a hands-on retail leadership role designed for someone with prior experience supervising staff and supporting daily store operations. Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Full-time, approximately 32–40 hrs per wk Benefits: 30 hours PTO, 4 paid holidays, performance-based bonus opportunity Advancement: Opportunity to advance to Store Manager within approximately 12 months based on performance and business needs Coach and support sales associates in customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills Assist with onboarding and training new team members Participate in the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates; final hiring and termination decisions are made by ownership Provide ongoing feedback and reinforce store expectations and standards Are you able to work a retail schedule, including some weekends and holidays, as required to keep the store open during scheduled business hours?
