Assistant Store Manager - Cotton On La Plaza Mall

Our Assistant Store Managers works closely with the Store Manager to understand daily/weekly/monthly store priorities and assists in assigning projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates as well as ensuring compliance with the Company's policies and procedures. • 1+ years of Retail Management experience, preferably in fast fashion. • Demonstrated results in driving sales and service delivery. • Ability to move around the store throughout the shift. • Ability to regularly squat/kneel and use a ladder or step stool safely.
