Under the leadership of the Store Manager and District Director, the Assistant Store Manager will assist with the day-to-day operations and management of the store and donation area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Management responsibilities including opening/closing, all day-to-day store operations, and management of store employees including recommendations for employee change of status decisions. • Ensure completion of the daily management duties as provided GWH’s leadership team. • Partner with the store manager to create and post team member schedules in a timely manner while properly leveraging the HRM system. • Supervise and assist with the training and development of Team Members.
