Assistant Store Managers have the power to impact the business daily, bymanaging inventory, moving product in accordance with customer demand and bybeing commercial (meaning that you’ll know what is trending and order yourmerchandise daily to drive sales). • Position holder must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently,orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues inEnglish to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safetyinstructions and lead teams as a manager daily and in emergencies.
