As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager (deputizing when required) in managing the daily operation of the store to ensure our customers have an amazing experience. Assistant Store Managers have the power to impact the business daily, by managing inventory, moving product in accordance with customer demand and by being commercial (meaning that you’ll know what is trending and order your merchandise daily to drive sales). · Position holder must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues in English to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safety instructions and lead teams as a manager daily and in emergencies.
