With a strong commitment to providing exceptional products and customer service, they are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager for the upcoming seasonal retail need. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations Lead and motivate a team of seasonal retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service Ensure store displays are visually appealing and merchandise is well-stocked and organized Assist in staff scheduling and allocation of tasks to meet seasonal demands Train and onboard seasonal staff members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and company policies Monitor inventory levels and assist in the replenishment process Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement and execute seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety measures Assist in maintaining a clean and safe store environment High School diploma or GED is required Position is not eligible for benefits due to assignment length As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
