Assistant Store Manager- Fashion Retail Sales

Status: Full-Time | Weekend Availability Required About Thread + Seed We are looking for an all-star Assistant Store Manager to work alongside our team of passionate retail professionals to oversee our South Park and Banker’s Hill locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is passionate about people, process, and performance. Key Responsibilities • Support the Store Manager in executing daily operations and achieving sales goals • Lead by example on the sales floor with warm, personalized service and expert product knowledge • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members • Ensure all stores are clean, organized, and visually aligned with brand standards • Help manage restocks, visual updates, inventory flow, and backroom organization • Oversee team schedules, shift coverage, and time-off coordination • Perform opening/closing duties, including cash handling and POS management • Serve as the acting store lead when the Store Manager is unavailable • Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and team events • Ability to shift between multiple store locations
