The Assistant Store Manager Production Clothing sets expectations for the proper execution of policies and procedures and responds as appropriate to employee performance. • Staffing, Employee Training and Development- • Oversees the Production Clothing Department staff. • Collaborates with the Operations Manager to ensure proper staffing levels in adherence with the labor model, including cross-training. • Assists the Store Manager in the annual review process by sharing input on their employees' performance.
