Travel: Occasional travel may be required The Assistant Store Manager, Visual will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts that drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience, while also actively engaging in sales activities. Core Responsibilities • Merchandising Responsibilities • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with the brands aesthetic and drive sales • Set up visually appealing displays, window displays, and in-store layouts that attract and engage customers • Implement visual merchandising strategies to promote products and seasonal campaigns effectively • Collaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and seasonal changes • Maintain and update display materials, signage, and props to ensure freshness and relevance • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize merchandising strategies and improve sales performance • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement • Train and educate sales associates on visual merchandising standards and techniques • Store Stylist and Clienteling Responsibilities • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations as needed • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized communication and exceptional service • Use customer data and preferences to anticipate needs and offer personalized product recommendations • Proactively reach out to customers through various channels to inform them about new arrivals and events • Provide styling advice and guidance based on customer preferences and purchase history • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers receive a consistent and exceptional experience • Collaborate with the management team and stylists to meet and exceed sales goals It also prohibits discrimination based on a perception that anyone has any of those characteristics or is associated with a person who has or is perceived as having any of those characteristics.
