Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide a welcoming and engaging experience for customers • Retail Sales experience with a focus on achieving sales goals and team support • Effective Organization Skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a well-ordered store environment • Proven ability to assist in Training team members to improve performance and foster professional growth • Leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused setting • Passion for the brand’s mission and values • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
