Qualifications:

At least two years of leadership experience in a retail management capacity (Assistant Manager or higher).Natural ability to inspire and supervise a diverse team of associates through positive reinforcement.Proven track record of managing competing priorities and executing complex tasks with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound independent judgment in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency in retail math and the ability to operate standard store technology, including POS systems and inventory handhelds.Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical capability to remain on your feet for the duration of a shift and lift or move merchandise weighing over 25 lbs.Benefits:

Oversee daily store operations and step into the lead role in the absence of the Store Director to maintain brand standards.Drive productivity by implementing company best practices and streamlining workflow "touches" on the sales floor.Manage personnel tasks including recruitment, training, scheduling, and processing payroll edits to ensure optimal staffing levels.Monitor financial performance by analyzing store reports and controlling payroll expenses relative to sales trends.Foster a culture of safety, ensuring all associates are trained in emergency procedures and that the environment is hazard-free.Deliver an exceptional customer experience by coaching associates on professional service at registers, fitting rooms, and the sales floor.Maintain the visual integrity of the store, ensuring merchandise is properly sized, recovered, and processed from the truck to the floor urgently.Protect company assets by leading loss prevention initiatives, managing inventory accuracy, and overseeing the annual inventory count.Champion the "Ross Brand" by upholding dress code standards and ensuring a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop atmosphere for every guest.
