We're looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Store Director to help lead our Cincinnati location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting team development, and building strong community connections. Responsibilities • Assist Store Director in driving all aspects of store operations, driving business performance across sales, styling, marketing, and client experience • Deliver a warm, knowledgeable, and engaging shopping experience, including full head-to-toe styling for every client • Support and lead store merchandising, marketing, social media efforts, display execution, and overall boutique upkeep in alignment with Bobbles & Lace brand standards • Cultivate meaningful connections with the Cincinnati community through in-store events, local partnerships, and neighborhood engagement • Plan and coordinate in-store events to enhance client relationships and drive traffic • Execute daily opening and closing procedures including cash handling, register reconciliation, bank deposits, and securing the boutique • Actively participate in team meetings and ensure strong communication between your store and the broader Bobbles & Lace team • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals set by the company • Lead and inspire team members to support sales, styling, operations, and marketing initiatives • Ensure seamless store operations, resolving challenges proactively and keeping all processes running smoothly • Lead and engage in ongoing training and development sessions focused on styling, merchandising, marketing, and customer experience • Community-minded and eager to build local relationships and event opportunities • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends Job Type: Part-time
