A significant part of your role will be to ensure the effective flow of merchandise from the receiving area to the sales floor, maintain accurate receiving procedures, and control operational expenses through the diligent application of company policies and productivity initiatives. • Direct the overall operational flow of the store, ensuring consistent adherence to company standards. • Aid in staffing, training, and developing the store's leadership team to meet sales and profitability targets while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. • Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of all store associates. • Implement customer service and merchandise presentation programs through effective associate training and supervision.
