Assistant Store Director - Women's Fashion

Job Description The Assistant Store Director - Women's Fashion is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain store standards. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Buying Team to select merchandise that aligns with our brand aesthetic and drives sales growth. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to maximize store presentation and drive sales. In addition, you will assist the Store Manager in maintaining accurate records, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
