The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel.We are currently looking for an Assistant Sourcing Manager to join our team in Miami, FL! SUMMARYAssist in planning, negotiating and sourcing apparel to insure on-time delivery of quality product while satisfying margin requirements and Perry Ellis’ commitment to basic Human Rights. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Primary link of communications to suppliers in the negotiation of products. * Knowledge of retail sales and manufacturing sourcing process * Skill and ability in developing sourcing strategies and plans * Ability to work well with management in merchandising and sales team * Skill in negotiating with vendors on prices MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field * 5+ years of experience, with three years at the management level * Prior experience working in a manufacturing or retail environment with knowledge and hands on experience in sourcing.
