Job Title: Assistant Site Merchandiser Brand: SwimOutlet.com, YogaOutlet.com Reports to: Director of Site Merchandising Location: Remote The Assistant Site Merchandiser acts as an integral part of the Merchandising team. You will support the team by helping to manage the life cycle of product pages on the websites. • Drive conversion and sales by ensuring product is showcased effectively on site • Strategize and execute new selling opportunities for product assortment and site features • Develop documentation of category best practices in merchandising style guide and accountability for site execution • Execute priorities with a sense of urgency • QC site for errors and suggest any beneficial merchandising updates • Aid in forecasting e-commerce market and consumer trends • Perform other duties and projects assigned • Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
