Assistant Retail Store Management

The Assistant Retail Store Manager supports the day-to-day operation of a retail store, helps lead the team, and contributes to an excellent customer experience. This role assists with store performance, team coordination, merchandising, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.Assist with coaching, scheduling, and coordinating store team members.Deliver helpful, responsive customer service and resolve customer concerns.Support sales goals and monitor store performance.Help maintain product presentation, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising standards.Assist with cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and loss-prevention practices.Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
