Job Description:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a crucial role in supporting and leading alongside the Store Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, mentoring colleagues, achieving goals, and contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused store environment.

Drive business strategy by working toward sales targets, profitability, and key store goalsBuild, mentor, and maintain a high-performing teamAnalyze daily sales patterns to inform strategic decisionsManage payroll operations and adjust schedules to improve efficiencyEnhance product presentation to optimize visual appeal while maintaining brand consistencyEnsure compliance with loss prevention regulations and store audit standardsTake responsibility for departments such as Talent, Visuals, and Operations as neededSupport multi-channel initiatives including apps, social media campaigns, and athlete eventsCreate a positive environment aligned with UA’s core values and operational standardsBoost teammate engagement through recognition and incentivesAddress performance issues within the team promptly and effectivelyCommunicate critical matters to the Store Manager and collaborate on resolutionsWork alongside the Store Manager to ensure adherence to Under Armour policies and protocolsPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisorsRequirements:

Minimum age: 18 yearsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least one year of retail experienceFluency in the local language; English proficiency is a plusFull-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFamiliarity or willingness to use technology such as smartphones and tabletsStrong communication skillsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kgs per shift, with or without accommodationsKnowledge of employment regulations at the federal, state, and local levels for complianceBenefits & Perks:
