Ensuring quality of work, budgets, and deadlines are met while minimizing exposure and risk in each project.ResponsibilitiesThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Strong project management skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deliverables deadlines- Strong independent work ethic and business acumen- Solutions-oriented with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities- Motivated by working with a variety of brands and clients- Willingness to grow with a growing business focused on goal achievement and exceptional service delivery- Ability to work a hybrid schedule reporting to the NYC Corporate Office 2 days per weekQualificationsRequired Qualifications- 2-4 years in a Jr. Project Management role at retail or wholesale, preferably in a creative/design environment- Experience with process, design, and management capabilities- Experience with Budget Management- Strong digital document creation skills with layout experience using PowerPoint to facilitate creative decks properly- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify, and address problems, and meet deadlines- Skilled in Creative Suite 5+ or Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)What’s In It For You?
